XR and AI smart glasses are moving into a more practical phase.

Recent signals around Samsung’s upcoming smart glasses, Android XR devices, and hardware supply-chain activity show that the category is no longer only about a beautiful device demo.

The harder question is becoming clearer:

Where does the device create enough workflow value to justify deployment?

For enterprise and project teams, the useful starting point may not be “Which headset is best?” but:

• What task does the device improve?
• Who operates it every day?
• What content, support, and privacy expectations come with it?
• Which channel can explain the value clearly to buyers?

At Connecting Visions Ltd., we are watching XR / AI hardware less as a gadget category and more as a project category: device fit, scenario packaging, pilot readiness, and partner route all matter before a serious commercial conversation begins.

Good hardware opens the door. A clear use case moves the project forward.
